Frequently asked questions

We sell wholesale, to the shops and professionals who serve weddings and christenings: wedding shops, printers, planners, florists. The catalogue is open to everyone; prices and orders are for our partners.

Request a partner account on the Become a partner page. We check the request, usually within one working day, and once the account is activated you sign in and see the prices on every product and design.

Email orders@mymastoras.gr with the design code, the set (A, B…) and the quantity, together with the names and the text of the invitation. We reply with a proof for approval before anything is printed.

Every design comes as a complete set: the card, the envelope and, depending on the set, a lining, a lace or a tag, in the papers listed on the design's page (for example Old Mill White 250 gr, Xperia 120 gr). Sets A and B differ in the envelope or the extras.

The production time is shown on every product and counts from the approval of the proof; for most items it is 10 to 20 working days. In the busy season, spring to summer, order earlier.

Yes, per product; it is shown in the "Minimum" column of every family's page. For printed boxes, for example, it is usually 40 pieces. Below the minimum, the price is quoted on request.

In most families, yes: the items marked "Your own size" are cut to the size or shape you want, quoted on request. There may be an artwork charge, which we state in the quote.

Many are. Wherever a product page shows an "Unprinted" price, the item is also sold blank, for you to print or decorate yourself.

Yes. Orders leave our workshop in Patras by carrier or courier to the whole of Greece. Shipping depends on the volume and is stated in the quote.

In the partner portal you see every order with its status, dates and products, and you can ask our assistant about our products and services.
